BCC top up bug

Help, the I just top up BCC in game earlier around 6:00 AM, however, during the purchase agreement got disconnected. I checked on my reg email and yes, the purchase via Google play was successful but I didn't receive the BCC in game.
please Devs help me

It happened again earlier. After it says payment successful, the game automatically restarted. And when I open the game, I didn't receive any mail and didn't get my BCC, lol Devs how am I supposed to screenvideo that.
