I would like to report a bug in the main story quest. Why the main story quest is not account tied and character tied instead, where the Wasteland attribute has been changed to account tied with the latest patch.
I submitted an in game ticket on 2-May-2022, and your customer officer just 'CLOSED THE TICKET' without handling the situation on 9-May-2022.
I submitted another in game ticket and the customer officer just said 'poe is in the dungeon please check',
I already explicitly mention that I finished the quest on my other character in the same account, and I know the quest is bugged but he just replied 'you can try and find a introduction video to help you'
The quality of customer care provided by the customer officer is appalling. And many have addressed the same issue in this forum with no avail. Please kindly look into the bug.
