Offline Battle Certificate is missing after I bought Premium (not from exchange)
On Oct.4,2021, I bought the Premium from ReCharge, after I open it... the Offline Batt.Cert pop up in the middle of my screen (when you loot something) , but when I open my bag... its not there, the only thing that is there is the Card that can be sold at the Exchange NPC. I also send a ticket as well, but didnt get any good response from them.
By the way, I also have a 25days remaining from the Premium I bought from the Exchange after knowing that this not include the (Offline Batt.Cert.) Im thinking that you cant combine this two.
Need help please.
