Mechanic bug stuck in klulu instance

Dear support, please help me with my progress, I newly create a mechanic job using a new account, but now I am stuck in klulu quest/ training cant use slide and mecha, before entering instance I have tried many times to distribute the skill points and re-enter but no change, still stuck.
cant pass one of the challenges, it needs to slide over but we cant wear our madogear.. so come on down here and help me and us. Thank you.
