can anyone help me, what this rune does? is it new skill? a condition have to be "met" to get the buff? i never heard of ready to go anywhere hahaha... any help is appreciated, thanks!

Coz their translations are awesome...

[Ready to Go] == [Exceed Break]
[Lightning Impact] == [Blitz Beat]

They got these translations correct in Indonesian and i think even on Thai.
