Was deepen wound is a clearance by itself?

We've been contacting the cs about this but they dont care, we are hopeful for this forum to have ears for our cries.

What is the bug?
if the priest have slow poison 3rd line s rune which reads "cannot be removed clearance", deepen wound cant remove that slow poison buff no matter how hard the user try, thus we thought it is a bug. BUT if it isn't a bug, please translate it in other ways because clearance is a active skill for priest class
