Be it the new「RO:M X One-Punch Man」event, themed events like Anniversary, Halloween and Thanksgiving or in-game encounters during PVP and PVE, it can be any unforgettable moments that makes one laugh.
SUBMISSION STEPS:
1. Each player can only submit once and each submission can have multiple 60-sec short clips. Rewards will be capped at 2 submissions.
2. Guidelines of the Short Clips:
a) Short clips must have scenes created using the latest episode 「The Journey of Heroes」
b) Minimum clip duration is 60 sec.
c) Short clips must be shared on a public social media during event period (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, etc). However, in consideration of the event duration and some short clips might disappear after a period of time, a copy must be uploaded at YouTube for submission.
d) Clip title must use this format: <Funny Moments at RO:M>, followed by a creative Funny Guild Moments tagline. Example: Funny Moments at RO:M - Missing Cake
e) Clip can be in any language and please provide the English translated copy during the submission.
f) Hashtag to be used: #RagnarokMEternalLove #RO #FunnyMoments

5. Judging Criteria:
a) 40% - Expression of Theme (Story Telling, Clarity in the though process, Inspiration to Others, Memorable, Relevant to theme)
b) 30% - Technical Execution and Quality (Visual Appeal, Attention to Details, Audio and Visual Quality, Clip duration is 60-sec with hashtags)
c) 10% - Creativity and Originality
d) 10% - Overall impression of the short clip
e) 10% - Laugh Factor
6 Plagiarism is grounds for disqualification.

8. Top 10% from each region, SEA, GLOBAL and EU will be selected to win:
120 Time Invitation Vouchers, 40 Star Flower Stamen, 20 Fortune Coins for 1 clip submission
300 Time Invitation Vouchers, 100 Star Flower Stamen, 50 Fortune Coins. for 2 clip submissions
9. All others who qualify will win:
60 Time Invitation Vouchers, 20 Star Flower Stamen and 10 Fortune Coins for 1 clip submission
150 Time Invitation Vouchers, 50 Star Flower Stamen and 30 Fortune Coins for 2 clip submissions
If one of your 2 or many clip submission is selected to be the winner, you will receive the max winner rewards.
10. Each account can only win once at the reward cap of 2 submissions.

11. Once winners are selected, rewards will be credited within 21 working days.
12. If your IGN or ID are incorrectly stated, rewards will not be credited and disputes will not be entertained.
13. Only accounts that match the region the event is being held in are eligible. For example, specifying an NA account for an event that is held in SEA is disqualifying.
14. Accounts associated with activities that violate our game policies are subject to disqualification.
