I've been reporting this player since MAY 2022, but I only get templated and autogenerated replies from in-game support. I have solid proof that this player is using BOT to hunt MVP/MINI (See attached youtube video below and read the description)

If you really mean that you want a "fair gaming ground for all", do something about this. I know many people also reported several players, but it seems no ban is happening.
