Mini/MVP Star Cards on Exchange
Hi Everyone,
We all know how Mini/Mvp Star Cards are not selling on Exchange, right? An example would be Gryphon * card, Alice * Card, Hyegun * Cards.
Their Star versions have like 10 to a whooping 200 pieces on Stocks.
Meanwhile their non * version sells nonstop.
I suggest to change the "Handbook Unlock" Requirement from Craft to Get/Acquire.
This will let players have freedom of buying star cards without losing the unlock bonuses.
This will also let zeny flow again to the server via taxes.
