Bought premium from recharge store but didnt get offline battle certificate

Bought a premium from the recharge store but I did not get an offline battle certificate for ID 5023020221 under the Memory of Faith Server. Already tried restarting the app, but no update as to where the offline battle certificate went.

Already created a ticket under the support and got this AMAZING reply from customer service. Please assist Admins!
