Purchased Bcc in-game through paypal. did not receive ingame currency.

Hello, I purchased a bcc last April 1, 2022. worth $20 usd. however, the bcc did not arrive after the purchase. it was deducted from my online bank worth $30 nzd. I still did not receive the purchased product. reached out to the customer service but somehow they could not see any purchase record from their end. what can be done?
