  • Support Center Problem

    I submitted a ticket / request for assistance regarding my top up/ purchase problem dated November 26, 2022 at 10:58pm, They responded at November 27, 2022 09:37am HOURS after the Poring event ended, up until now it seems that they are not trying to help me with my problem, they are just telling me, "sorry for the inconvenience", that is it. I think some of the technical support that answered or replied to my ticket did not read my request, with comprehension. I explained my problem very well, I also attached screenshot of my payment, but they dont seem to understand or maybe they dont really care at all.
