ROM won't load right after the 40mb patch

My Ragnarok won't load right after the 40mb patch. I tried the ff to load it ;

1. Restarting wifi connection
2. Switching to mobile data 3. Try taptap booster
4. Clear cache
5. Rebooting my phone

NONE OF THEM WORK
And if anyone ask, yes I did try to click the poring on the right side but it still didn't work

Nevermind reinstall fixed it
