Not able to make any in app purchase

I have been playing Ragnarok global for over 3 years.
I am from Indonesia (asia) playing on global server.
I always able to buy any in game purchase like BCC, Adventure Kafra Log etc, but right now I couldn't.
I really really really want to buy the Adventure Kafra Log.
Please help me !!!
