To ensure a more satisfactory experience for everyone, we have decided to temporarily suspend the Premium Kafra service from 12:00 PM on August 8th (GMT+7).
We are carefully considering all the suggestions provided by adventurers. Before potentially resuming the Premium Kafra service in the future, we will announce the information and rules in a clearer and more transparent manner. Stay tuned for further updates.

Q1: What is the Premium Kafra service, and who is eligible to access it?
A1:The Premium Kafra service is a special customer service offered to adventurers whose historical recharge amount on the account exceeds 7150 USD. Due to reasons such as manpower and language, it is currently only available on a trial basis for select users.
Q2: Why wasn't this service tested on the test server?
A2:The Premium Kafra service is a customer service feature rather than an in-game function. It targets adventurers with a high historical value stored in their accounts, making it unsuitable for testing on the test server. We apologize for any confusion caused by the trial implementation strategy.
