I open 2 tickets and Waited a month for response

I open 2 tickets regarding bugs in game via in-game report, I've been following up for response and now they recently response for further details. Because i was not able to always check the report due to the fact that i have been waiting for morethan a month and they finally responded. They quickly marked the ticket as resolved without a resolution or waiting for response.
