Stuck on title screen?

Hi! I was just wondering if there's an issue with regards to getting in the game because I just had it reinstalled last night and it's working fine. But now that I'm trying to login again, it's just stuck on the title screen. I tried tapping everywhere to get some response but not even an error pops out. Even when tapping on that mini Poring icon on the top right corner doesn't pop any menus out.

Is this an issue? Please help as I really wanted to go back and play the game again.
