says in the description that there's a chance to get a "Star S Rune" of your class. but i got a normal S rune instead of Star.

It has been reported and confirm that is due to description error. Dev are looking into it to fix the description and compensation on players who have purchase the package will be sent shortly (once the issue have been fixed)
