Ymirs bug

Hi Good day! Just want to report a bug on my account. Please see below screenshots for details. I was going to switch job using my ymirs when suddenly it automatically resets my stats and skill points. As of now i'm locked on sage job and i can't switch back to my main job. reply ASAP. can't attend woe because of this issue.

Summary:
The skill points issue has been resolved, please switch between jobs to trigger the fix using the YMIR book or multi-job page.
If you still encounter an issue with switching classes, kindly send us an in-game support ticket to our customer service.
