Rainbow Mount Quest NPC missing

Since March 24's maintenance, the NPC in prontera has been missing. The event duration for SEA is until March 31 however I've checked all 3 characters and none of them showed the NPC. I'm around 5th or 6th day of said quest prior to March 24 maintenance, and am very sure that I haven't completed it nor received the Rainbow Poring mount. Please fix this or send the mount via in-game mail if you will compensate. It is almost near the supposed last day (March 31).
