Event Quest Bug Issue

Hi I think I've got an issue regarding the happy egg hunt event puzzle quest wherein I can see it on the puzzle quest available but it's not showing on my quest list. I've went and checked the npc that gives the quest in south Payon but the npc is nowhere to be found as well, can someone help me with this I don't want to miss the last puzzle piece for this quest I would really appreciate your help thanks.

Check your alts, the quest must've registered with them.
