Sorry for the late reply. Regarding the Knell>Soul Depravity>Resu Bug.
Characters to the test: Blade Souls
Steps and Skills: When Blade soul is on Knell, then other Blade Soul uses Soul Depravity, it has a high chance of getting resurrection bug at the spawn.
