I can't continue the quest after investigating the scepter. The quest shows "Little White Dove is frowning with thoughts.". after talking to her it keeps on asking me to continue to investigate. There's nothing more to investigate. It's on a loop.

Same problem here, used insight skill to see any clickable item or npc, but none in the entire castle.
