Bug Issue Switching Job.

I've encountered a bug when I was trying to switch job Super Novice (from any job).
(Zenny isn't the issue, and know changing job only can be done in city / Guild Hall / Home)
All status becomes 0.
It's been 3 days when I reported this issue (setting>support>create ticket), but haven't got any reply yet.
Please explain and fixed it for me. thanks.
