Intermediate Enchant and Advance Enchant MISSING

I have an issue with my account, the quest for Intermediate Enchant and Advance Enchant is missing.
I tried finishing all of my quests and going to reyen in the middle of geffen? or hayward in morroc but there is still no progress, Level is 130. Help me please.

These have been removed upon the release of the 2.0 patch.

3. Equipment optimizations
- Removed basic and intermediate enchantment function and related tasks.
