Cavalry quest Not showing up

hai... my char already lvl 120 job lvl 50 shadow chaser.. but the quest to get mount not showing up in the mount npc.. isnt it should be showup when my char already job 3?

Hello, the quest will unlock when your character base level reach level 100 and not base on job. Are you able to complete the quest already?
