Job Change Fail

Hello,
after I changed my Job to Archer yesterday the game still won't let me use Archer Skills.
I can't skill up and only use Novi Skills.
Anybody any idea?

Have you ensured that you have fully job changed?
Check around the job change NPC area again~ you may have miss out on talking to any to complete it fully
