The second line of Light Prayer - Star Rune is not casting Fimbul’s Winter with the new glow bliss rune even though I have Night God Baptism - Star Rune 3rd line. When I get attached by physical with Hoddle’s Wings and Badr’s Crown. I should auto cast Fimbul's Winter. But all that happens is I get the shield from the heal but not the winter. Is this a bud?
