Cant take phantom dancer job quest

The quest doesnt pop up, im level 170/60 i have a divine avenger, a chronomancer and a blade soul, but i cant take the quest to change from shadow chaser to phantom dancer instead the npc give me the quest "dark apocalipse" and im not able to end it.
