PLEASE HELP! Oracle Mirror/Exchange/bcc BuG

I cannot seem to access the support ticket section in game. Im posting here hoping you could help. Im experiencing a bug. I am being overcharged when depositing for oracle mirror. A +15 item. Ive also just bought BCC just a few moments ago. I was unable to collect most of my double bonus deal. And also. Ive also just bought a +15 Claw and i just noticed that the price is abit off. Could you help me fix this please? Here is my character ID 4295226300

I would not recommend you to post your issue regarding recharge here.
Try to clear your cache and re-update the game. Either way you need to contact them if you have recharge issue.
As for your +15 oracle mirror thing... 200 is normal.

Not sure what you meant. your screen is on the sell side... not the purchase/purchase history...
