  • In-game bug report

    After the Update my characters are gone. Its like a new game. I check the logindate but all the same like ever. Whats should i do?

    I reinstall, change divece account and set it back but nothing got to work

          Ah..
          have you tried performing some basic troubleshooting such as
          a) Clearing of your game cache (Game Cache: Tap on Game Icon>App-info>Storage>Cache>Clear Cache)
          b) Browser cookies and cache
          1. Browser> Settings
          2. Scroll to Privacy Settings
          3. Tap Clear Browsing Data
          4. In the drop-down list, select “beginning of time”
          5. Place a check mark next to:
            • Browsing history
            • Cookies and site data
            • Cached images and files
          6. Tap the Clear Data button
          c) or do a full re-installation of the game client?

          If you have done so and the issue still persist, Dasaneeee would require your assistance to send in a support ticket with the following information:
          1) Game Server (Eternal Love/Midnight Party etc.)
          2) Character IGN
          3) Account ID
          You may find your account ID by tapping on the poring Icon on the top right hand corner on the login screen under security.
          Take a screenshot of it and attach inside your support ticket
          Also tell them that you have already performed the basic troubleshooting and still encounter the same issue

          Game Support ticket can be sent from the login screen. To create a support ticket, you may click on the Poring Icon (Top Right), Support> My Tickets> "+"

              Are you playing in SEA or global or EU? Might want to check too if you installed the correct server's client. Assuming that your report is at SEA, You can try downloading it here:
