I finish this quest but I don't have a title and npc is gone this is a bug ?

Could u send in an in-game ticket. Just login in-game and tap on [More] > [Settings] > [Fourth Tab] > [Support] with the following information:

1. Character ID
2. Server
3. Quest Bugged: Sunset Lovers
4. Short description of stage are you stuck in

We would require additional information to look into regarding your case. To verify is it indeed bug and further advise you on the resolution.
