We have noticed an unexpected shutdown and reset issue with the "Gift Rewards" event recently.
We deeply apologize for the negative impact this has had on your gaming experience, and we will reissue rewards to the affected adventurers according to the following rules:
1. Calculate the "Entitled Rewards" based on the total cumulative amount recharged to your account from December 25 at 05:00 to January 25 at 05:00 (GMT+7).
2. Calculate the "Already Received Rewards" based on the rewards actually received by the account between December 25 at 05:00 to January 21 at 05:00 (GMT+7), and from January 22 at 11:30 to January 25 at 05:00 (GMT+7).
3. Compensate for the difference between the "Entitled Rewards" and the "Already Received Rewards".
e.g.1:
Player A recharged $99 on December 25th and received items such as the "Costume·Elga."
After the event reset on January 22nd, Player A recharged again for $100 and once more received items including the "Costume·Elga."
Between December 25th and January 25th, Player A’s total cumulative recharge amounted to $199 USD, but they were ineligible to claim the reward of 288 Big Cat Coins.
As a result, Player A will receive 288 Big Cat Coins.
e.g.2:
Player B recharged $10 between December 25th and January 21st and claimed the "Hairstyle·Elga."
During the event's closure period on December 21st, Player B recharged $190 but did not receive any rewards.
After the event reset on January 22nd, Player B recharged $10 and claimed the "Hairstyle·Elga."
Despite Player B's total cumulative recharge of $210 between December 25th and January 25th, they were not eligible to claim the rewards of 300 Uncle Gacha Coins, 88 Big Cat Coins, 1 "Costume·Elga," or 288 Big Cat Coins.
Therefore, Player B will receive 300 Big Cat Voucher·Feast, 88 Big Cat Coins, 1 "Costume·Elga," and 288 Big Cat Coins.
e.g.3:
Player C did not make any recharges between December 25th and January 21st.
After the reward reset on December 22nd, Player C recharged $199 and claimed the 288 Big Cat Coin reward.
Since Player C has already received all rewards once, they will not receive any additional rewards.
After accumulating $19 in tips, the 300 "Uncle Gacha Coins" you've earned will be converted and reissued as 300 "Big Cat Voucher·Feast".
*As the event is still ongoing, we will distribute the rewards within 3 business days after the Event End on January 25. Please be patient, dear Adventurers.
