Due to an issue with Facebook, some adventurers may experience difficulties logging in through their Facebook accounts.
Currently, the team has noticed the issue and is in discussions with Facebook, striving to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
If your account is linked to alternative login methods, such as Google, Apple, or Tap accounts, we encourage you to try using those methods to log in.
If you are still unable to access the game, we kindly ask for your patience as we work on resolving the issue.
After fixing the issue, we will provide compensation to users who were only bound to a Facebook account before the issue occurred, logged in during the period from January 23rd at 00:00 to February 2nd at 15:00 (GMT+7), and were unsuccessful in logging in during the issue.
For every hour the issue persists, affected users will receive compensation of BCC x8 starting from 15:00 (GMT+7), until the login issue is resolved.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
