The Facebook login feature has now been restored to normal functionality.
Currently, only direct authorization through the Facebook app is supported. If you are using a mobile device or an emulator, please make sure you have installed and logged into your Facebook account before proceeding with authorization.
We will provide compensation for users who had only linked their Facebook accounts prior to the outage, logged in between January 23rd at 0:00 and February 2nd at 15:00 (GMT+7), and were unable to log in successfully between February 2nd at 15:00 and February 3rd at 12:00 (GMT+7).
Thank you for your support and patience, Adventurers. Compensation emails will be sent out within 3-5 business days. Please keep an eye on your inbox to ensure you don't miss the email and let it expire.
