Account Banned after 2.0 update

Hi I would just like to appeal about my account getting banned. I don't know what happened but I stopped playing since March of 2020 then I decided to play again after a year since I heard that the ninja job is released then when I login my acccount has been banned. I did not use any 3rd party programs whatsoever.

Also just to add I don't know my player ID on the top of my head and I already forgot my character names since it's been a year when I played again but one of my characters there is a whitesmith level 99 I believe.

If we can lift the ban for my account I will start playing again.
