Ragnarok M - Eternal Love (Global) - The PC client will open for testing on April 24, 2024, to better meet the needs of all adventurers for the game experience. We hope that players can report any bugs or suggestions they encounter while playing the PC version, so that we can work together to refine the game and bring a better gaming experience.

How to participate:
When adventurers play the PC client version of the game and discover bugs or suggestions that only occur in the PC client version, please provide feedback by filling out the form below. In order to ensure your submitted issues can be accurately transmitted to us, you may prepare the following information in advance before submitting the form:

Event Content:
I. Everyone Catch Bugs
Based on the bugs and suggestions feedback from adventurers:
For every effective suggestion provided, you can receive 3 Time Adventure Potions, 5 Holyglow Crystals, and 5 Fortune Coins after the test ends. Each adventurer/account can receive a maximum of 3 times;
For every effective bug reported, you can get 3 Food Vouchers, 200 Starshine Sand, and 10 Star Flower Stamens after the test ends. Each adventurer/account can receive a maximum of 3 times.
II. Bug-catching Experts
Based on the bugs and suggestions feedback from adventurers:
For each similar Bug/adopted suggestion by the development team, we will arrange the submission time for the top 10 players to receive special rewards after the event ends.
For the top 10 of each bug, the reward is 1 Rainbow Crystal Chip, 1 Glittering Rune Stone - Star, and 1 Supply Box of the Wilderness Bow. Each adventurer/account can receive a maximum of 3 sets;
For the top 10 of each adopted suggestion, the reward is 1 Unknown Ancient Relic Shard, 1 Glittering Rune Stone - Star, and 1 Supply Box of the Wilderness Bow. Each adventurer/account can receive a maximum of 3 sets;
Notes:
1. Suggestions and bugs in the event must be unique to the PC version to be valid; issues and suggestions that exist on the mobile version will be considered invalid;
2. Duplicate submissions of the same bug/suggestion by the same player will be counted as 1;
3. After the PC version testing ends, we will need to retest bugs and sort out suggestions; therefore, the reward distribution time will be within the 3rd to 4th week after the test ends;
4. When filling out the reporting information, make sure you provide the correct character ID to avoid errors or failure in the final reward counting/distribution;
5. The ROM operations team reserves the final interpretation of this event.
