Dear Adventurers,
We noticed that during this event, some players did not receive the rare item rewards from the Angel Snow Feather Giftbox due to the low probability of item drop. As a result, some players still did not obtain the rare items even after reaching the maximum purchase limit.
As compensation, after the Event End, we will issue one Rathgricy - Fallen Feather card to all Adventurers who have purchased and used 300 Angel Snow Feather Giftboxes during the event period but have not yet obtained the card from the Gift Box.
Please note that this reward will be distributed within 3 working days after the event ends as we need to perform data statistics. We kindly ask all Adventurers to wait patiently.
