Lost Isle 2F mechanics are not working

So, on Global server it's not possible to finish Lost Isle 2F without killing the boss before he can use his second tranformation ray. That happens because the mechanics for transforming back to human is not working, at all!
It should work as, you check which symbol + movement he uses at each attack, then on second ray you need to get catch, transform and perform the same action he did accordingly to his symbol. Except that, even if you do the right movement, you die. You get the circle above your head and you die.

I tried to open a ticket, but devs don't care, they just give a random answer and close the ticket. Every single bug you report gets an odd answer like that.

This is absolutely true, our group tried learning the mechanics, and even with doing things correctly, we wipe completely.

We resolved this by having a Soul Linker soul on the Saint, and the Saint ressing the group to finish off the fight. Which is honestly a ridiculous method, but it works for us. I will try to record this issue at some point as well.
