Since last year I have been reporting the problem. I completed the entire event and acquired the items but it did not unlock the achievement in the "Demon King Morroc" handbook. I have the costume, the letter, the skins of arms. They answered me once because I couldn't get the suit. I have already sent support tickets repeatedly with no response.
