Why upload custom guild emblem function does not exist in Global?

We really need to upload our custom guild emblems. Why it's just in China server?

Options:
1. Port to Global too!
2. Add more quality guild emblems

or Global players are not important?

Its been more than 2 years in SEA and it is still not implemented yet. haha

I dont think this feature will be implemented outside of their CN server but it would be lovely if they do~ 😀
