Not receiving purchased items

Hi! It is the second time i buy something from the oficial website and also the second time i don't receive it. First time was a premmium, i had to send support a ticket and they sent me the premmium after. Now this time i purchased two bcc packs and i haven't got them. Please help me with this problem, is there something wrong with my account?

i have the same problem i bought 2 packs of 30 BCC and a premy, but i didnt get my offline ticket been 3 days since then :/

The support already replied the ticket i sent in-game. It seems they don't check these forums as you say you have been waiting 3 days... I recommend you send them a ticket in-game.
