Offline battle certificate missing after 24 may update

My Offline battle certificate went missing after the 24 may game update. I had a monthly premium brought from recharge store and also brought a may special from the exchange which is suppose to end only on 26 June. Support has requested for many information and document but still did not resolve this issue, I have been told to contact channel payment support instead but how do I do that?? Please help!

You need "offline battle certificate" to activate the offline battle. Can only get it from the Premium purchased from Recharge. Each of this cert last for 31 days from the day of use and it is not related to your premium days left.
