Game Error Code: 30001 LD Player

Hi!
I play on a smartphone and in LD player. Same internet. Sometimes I just -> can't <- log in for days using LD Player.
Always the same problem: It can't find the server.
I already updated everything. LD, ROM, Windows, Google... log out from google... cleaned the cache, reinstalation...
Inspired by Ringo Star I went for a little help from my friends and discovered that this problem happens more often among LD Player players.
There's days where I just give up playing 'cause I do not desire to spend 1h,2h,3h,6h trying to log in.
On my smartphone the game is still normal.
Can you help me? Is this because I'm a Gx?

I normally have this problem on LDplayer with my gmail account (FB dont give any problem) , it doesnt find the server, but it get fixed when i click the poring on the top right corner.

About PC configuration:

Well, guys... What was sugested for me on a informal facebook group from a random player was to "Run/Start LD Player on ADM mode".
It's working after a 7 days test. It's not the final solution. But the wait for a definitive solution remains...
