September 8 Cheating and Violation Penalty Announcement
Hello everyone, we have been committed to creating a green, healthy, and fair gaming environment to bring a better gaming experience to all adventurers. We have always adopted a zero-tolerance attitude towards behaviors that use cheats, illegal plugins, and other means to disrupt the game balance. After system verification, the following accounts will be punished with the highest level of permanent ban based on the severity of their violation.
After a character's account has been detected with abnormalities by the system, the following situations will occur:
- Adventurers detected for the first time will receive a warning email.
- Adventurers detected for the second time will have a prominent warning mark appearing in their friends list, friend requests interface, and blacklist when viewed by others.
- Adventurers detected for the third time will enter a 7-day Sage mode. In this mode, players will not gain any benefits after killing MVP/mini monsters.
- Depending on the number of times a cheat was used and the severity of the violation, adventurers will be punished with 3-day, 7-day, 30-day, or permanent bans.

Q: I lent my account to a friend, and they cheated, resulting in a ban. I didn't violate any rules; can the ban be lifted?
A: No. Please, all adventurers, properly manage your own account and do not easily hand it over to others. Do not share your account with anyone.
Q: Why did I receive an email warning even though I did not use any cheats?
A: Installing cheat modifiers, dedicated cheating software, or using third-party plugins with illegal features all constitute violations.
Q: How do I report players suspected of using illegal programs?
A: Please follow the instructions below:
Click on the player's avatar > View details > Copy their ID
Click More > Settings > Customer Service > Customer Service Center, and then report the player's ID to our customer service staff. We will verify the information as soon as possible.
Q: My account has been banned, but I haven't used any illegal software. Can I apply to have the ban lifted?
A: For accounts that have been temporarily banned due to abnormal detections, we will lift the ban after strict verification. In order to make our security enforcement information more transparent, we will occasionally disclose the list of unbanned accounts in future enforcement announcements.
We welcome more adventurers to report any violations they come across to us and contribute to the safety of the gaming environment.
