To protect the interests of all adventurers and maintain a fair gaming environment, the ROM development team has always maintained a "zero tolerance" policy against the use of third-party auxiliary software.
The game system will automatically detect the behavior of all adventurers and, for those with obvious anomalies, will issue warnings, restrict account earnings, suspend accounts, or take other punitive measures depending on the severity of the offense.
Please forgive us for not being able to provide more rule information to prevent loopholes from being found and cracked by third-party auxiliary software producers.
For adventurers who have been reported by other adventurers, the system will re-check the adventurer's game log to avoid mis-blocking and omissions as much as possible.
To avoid reporting bullying, we will not penalize accounts where no violations are detected, even if reported by multiple players.
For adventurers who have received a wrongful penalty, please follow these steps to self-check and appeal:
1. Check whether you have downloaded or installed any third-party auxiliary software on your device (even if you haven't used it during gameplay)
2. Check if your account has been shared with others and if those other users have engaged in the use of third-party software.
3. If you are confident that you have not installed any third-party auxiliary software, you can file an appeal through the customer service system. We will manually review your game logs and take appropriate action accordingly.
